We stayed for two nights and had the entire villa to ourselves. Everything was well organized, with stunning architecture and spacious rooms — but the highlight was definitely the pool! It was cleaned and well-maintained daily, which made it even more enjoyable.Unlike many other places, the villa (especially the kitchen) was fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed an outdoor BBQ, and the living area had A/C, which was a huge plus.Mr. Udara was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our stay — his hospitality made our experience even better.100% recommend staying here!

A small review about a wonderful vacation at Villa Royal Dreams.So vacation from 02/19/25 to 03/04/25. Rent the entire villa, group of 8 adults and 1 child.Firstly, a huge thank you to the owner for answering questions about organizing everyday life during your stay. Even before the arrival, we sent a huge number of questions, and all were answered quickly. This helped get rid of anxiety, and we were looking forward to the meeting.We were greeted warmly, despite our very early arrival, we calmly unloaded, we were allowed to place our things much earlier than the official check-in in the free rooms, everyone was able to calmly take a shower and change clothes and go to the beach while waiting for all the rooms to be prepared for check-in (there were still guests in the villa at that moment).After 2 weeks of stay, I can say that this villa is a great place for a vacation: good rooms, modern furniture and fixtures, excellent layout of common areas, there is room for a large group to sit or to retire. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, there is a washing machine and dryer. Special thanks for the pool! This is a place of power! After beaches, excursions, or simply at any time of the day, you can refresh yourself in cool and clean water. You can still sing a lot of compliments, but most importantly, don’t be afraid, book, and your vacation will be in comfort.Separately. I would like to mention the villa employee - Lahiri. He will help if necessary, and will clean up if necessary. Will not bother you or be intrusive. Very friendly and ready to help in any situation. Lahiri - thank you!To the owner of the villa. Thank you for a wonderful place. Just a note: please add towels to the rooms (there are only 2 of them, but you also need a towel for hands and feet), think about the fact that you need to add furniture to place things in the rooms, and you also need additional hangers, they are not enough for two.P.s.: I gave 4 stars for the location - this is not a minus of the villa, it’s just that the question of how to get there always arose, especially with local tuk-tuk drivers. Even when they see that the main street is 2 kilometers away, they always want more money. Because of this, it is sometimes necessary to call drivers in advance in the morning.The most important verdict after your vacation is whether you will return to this place again.The answer is definitely “YES”!!!

We lived in the villa for 2 weeks. I really liked everything, everything was new, clean, stylish modern design. The pool is a special pleasure, large and comfortable.The villa has everything you need for a long stay. Cozy, quiet place.Special words of gratitude to Lahiri, sensitive, caring, helped in all situations. ❤️❤️❤️ we left the villa with tears in our eyes.Thanks for the rest.

The ideal place to relax with a group, where a tropical reunion with nature is one on one. Silence and tranquility. Unawatuna beach is only 2 km away by tuk-tuk. The villa is clean and new! Smells delicious. There is a lot of greenery, the tropics are fragrant with wildlife. In a word, a thrill for switching consciousness! The pool is amazing.Lahiri is very grateful for your kindness, attention and care. He helped make our holiday. If it weren’t for him, it wouldn’t be so emotional, of course))If I were asked, would I want to go to this villa again - 100%. I recommend!
